Best Practices For A Successful Meeting

  • For All Devices:
    • Turn off your VPN (if you have one enabled).
    • Turn off Bluetooth: We recommend turning off Bluetooth initially to ensure a smooth connection to your camera and audio. You can adjust to your preferred audio and camera equipment later.
      • Once you’re in the platform, if you'd like to adjust your audio and camera settings, click on the arrow next to each icon.
  • If you’re joining from a desktop or laptop computer:
    • Choose your browser: We recommend using Chrome for the best experience, but any browser will work.
    • Open the meeting link: Click on the link provided or paste it into your browser.
      • For Safari users: If you see a third-party cookies requirement pop-up, follow these quick steps:
        • Go to Settings > Privacy.
        • Deselect ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’.
        • In Advanced settings, Deselect Block all cookies’.
        • Refresh your page.
      • Or, you can switch to Chrome to avoid these steps.
    • Select ‘Continue as a Guest’.
    • Enter your name and click ‘Join Meeting’.
    • Enable your microphone and video when prompted.
  • If you’re joining from a mobile device (including tablets):

    • We highly recommend joining through the BeeKonnected App instead of clicking on the invitation link.

    • Open the BeeKonnected App. (Download first)
    • Tap the Meetings button in the bottom right corner and select Join Meeting.
    • Enter the Room Name (No spaces or special characters & no need to put the rest of the link Just the roomname)
      • The room name is the first part of the meeting link before beekonnected.com/meeting. If possible-put the room name here.
        • https://roomname.beekonnected.com/meeting
    • Tap Join and select Continue As A Guest
